How do I submit a request?
1. Open your phone’s camera, scan the QR code, and tap the link that appears (Note: do not use a separate QR reader app)
2. Enter your postcode and house number (+ addition if applicable)
3. Select your property
4. Add your contact details
5. Choose the topic of your request
6. Follow the steps on your screen. WhatsApp will open automatically
7. Describe the issue and add at least one photo or video. The more complete your request, the faster we can help you.
8. Done! You’ll receive updates via WhatsApp.

Maintance: what is the tenant responsible for, and what is the landlord responsible for?
Let us know what’s going on, where the issue is, and what you’ve already tried to solve it. Minor maintenance tasks such as replacing a light bulb, tightening a door handle, or fixing damage you caused yourself are part of the tenant’s responsibilities. Major maintenance, technical repairs, or work that requires professional skills falls under the responsibility of the landlord.
