This traditional Dutch gentlemen’s house has a main entrance on ground level that is shared with two other apartments. The apartment common entry and stairway areas are cleaned monthly. From the ground floor main entrance, take one flight of stairs and enter the apartment located on the level 1. Here you are welcomed by a bright open living space with wooden flooring. On the right is the living- and dining area. The living is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table an TV. Next to this area are large windows, letting in ample daylight. Next to this area is a cozy wooden round table that seats four.
