The space
This semi-detached recreation house is suitable for a family with 2 children under the age of 12. The house has a spacious wide garden on the water and is equipped with a modern luxury semi-open kitchen, living room, modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Unobstructed views of a harbour and the Lake Briel.
Ground floor
Entrance, luxury kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, extractor, fridge/freezer combination and combi microwave. Between hall with toilet, wardrobe and storage room with boiler and set up the washing machine and dryer. Living room with sliding door to the spacious outdoor terrace and a gas stove. The ground floor has oak wooden floor parts.
1st floor
Landing with access to bedroom with air conditioning and beautiful roof terrace, luxurious fixed wardrobes and extra skylight. 2nd bedroom at the rear of the house. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bathtub and a designer radiator. The floor has slatted parquet.

2 very spacious sun terraces, 1 equipped with wooden decking and unobstructed views of the Brielse Meer. Other at the front, equipped with ornamental pavement and hedge.
