This bright interior apartment is designed for professionals and is suitable for two singles or one household. Train, bus and tram located conveniently by only 1o minutes of walking to Rotterdam Central Station.
This light newly renovated apartment offers comfort furnishing. It comes to you fully equipped in a turn-key apartment style, with double glass windows & central heating. The apartment is located on the second & third floor of a well-maintained gentlemen’s house & offers an open entertaining modern kitchen, modern bright living-dining space, two large bedrooms which both fit a double bed.
Master bedroom has access to a balcony while the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a loft style interior. The 2nd bedroom also has its own balcony.
This traditional dutch gentlemen’s house has a main entrance on ground level that is shared with two other apartments. The apartment common entree and stairway areas are cleaned monthly.
From the ground floor main entrance, take one flight of stairs to get to the shared corridor on the first floor. Here you will find the entrance to the private staircase to enter the apartment. Once up the stairs you welcome yourself into a bright open living space with rustic wooden flooring and open kitchen. In this living space, you will find a large L-shape comfortable living room sofa, 4 seater long dining table and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with sink, fridge with freezer, built-in dishwasher, oven/microwave & gas stove.
On the rear of the building is where the spacious master bedroom is located, this is equipped with two twin beds to make one large double bed, a large sliding door wardrobe and a full body mirror. This bedroom has access to the large balcony which has a great view.
From the living space, take the stairs to the next floor, this is where the second and 3rd bedrooms are located. On the left is where the 2nd bedroom is located which is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and standing mirror. This bedroom also has access to its own balcony with a rooftop feel as it is the highest point. On the right of the corridor is where the 3rd bedroom is located which is also equipped with large double bed, wardrobe and standing mirror. The bathroom is also located on this floor.
Bathroom & toilet
The wc is located on next to the first staircase of the apartment, this is a fully tiled toilet with sink. On the top level of the apartment is where the modernly renovated bathroom is located. This is equipped with standing shower, large sink and mirror both with storage capabilities and a toilet. This is also where the washing machine located.
