Apartment

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself in the hall, from here you will walk into the ‘work gallery’. On the left is where the first two storages is located, within the space is also the first guest toilet. Towards the rear of the building is where the first bathroom is located and next to it is the first bedroom. At the end of the hall is the backdoor get to the private parking area, from here you are able to take the stairs to the rooftop terrace. The outdoor space beyond the parking is not a private area.

Back into the apartment is where stairs are located in the front of the apartment. Take the stairs to go the the souterrain of the apartment. This is where the living/dining area is located, as well as the open entertaining kitchen. To the left of the stairs is where the hallway is located to the sauna. From the living space towards the rear of the apartment is where the second bedroom is located with an ensuite bathroom. Beyond the second bedroom is the final storage room, from here you are able to take the stairs to the rooftop terrace.
