AREA

The studio located west from the city of Rotterdam, although still in the city, this peaceful location is quiet and ideal for tranquil living with all amenities nearby. Only one street away from Middellandstraat where you can find wine bars, restaurants and shops. Only a 10-minute bike ride away from the Vroesenpark, next to Blijdorp Zoo. City shopping centre is at walking distance and easily accessible by bike.
Ideal parking facilities in the street and not far from public transport. Central Station is a 10 minute walk away, here you can take the train, bus, tram or metro.

THE SPACE

Located on the first floor of a newly renovated apartment complex, the studio comes fully equipped with large tall windows to ensure a bright living space with blinds. The studio offers a modern kitchen, living-dining space, modern bathroom with rain shower, double bed and a wardrobe. It also comes with a private storage on the ground floor of the apartment complex. On the first floor storage in the corridor is where the shared cleaning appliances are located. This studio is suitable for one person only.

Entrance
The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor, here you will find a shared corridor with all the studio storages, the shared laundry corner equipped with washer/dryer and at the end of the corridor is door is to the shared garden for the residents.

Studio
After 1 flight of stairs is where the bright studio is located at the rear of the building. Enter to find the dining/living space, this comes to you with a large dining table, a couch with a laptop table and a wall mounted television. The open entertaining kitchen is situated right in the corner, this comes to you fully equipped and also has a built-in fridge, dishwasher, oven and cooker-hood. Behind the kitchen is where the stairs lead to the double-bed loft with side table. Under the stairs is extra storage space.

Bathroom & toilet
The fully tiled bathroom is located next to the entrance. Here you’ll find the toilet, standing shower with rain fall shower-head, sink and mirror. The sink and mirror both have storage capabilities.

• No smoking, drugs, bicycle, pets, loud parties allowed within the premises
• €150 excl. checkout cleaning fee applicable (deductible over deposit & based on standard cleaning)
