Rotterdam Central Station is not even a 15 minute walk from Witte de Withstraat.

THE SPACE

Ground floor

This traditional Dutch gentlemen’s house has a main entrance on ground level that is shared with two other apartments. The apartment common entree and stairway areas are cleaned monthly.

Apartment level

This light apartment is located on the 3^rd floor and offers comfort and a specious feeling due to the contiguous space. When you enter the apartment, you are welcomed in a bright living and dining space with stylish details. The authentic wooden table has room for six people and is near the fully equipped open kitchen. Directly behind the kitchen you will enter the open bedroom with various big closets and a big double bed.

Bathroom
Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet with small sink. Located trough the bedroom is a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious bath with jets and showerhead. Aside from the bath there is also a large standing shower. In the back of the bathroom is additionally a small room including washing machine.
