The property is additionally well accessible by public transport, within a 5-minute walk you’re at the Metro station Eendrachtsplein and 5 minutes in the other direction you reach the large Beurs metro station, connecting all metro lines in the city.

This traditional dutch gentlemen’s house has a main entrance on ground level that is shared with 4 other studio apartments. The apartment common entree and stairway areas are cleaned monthly.
From the main entrance on the ground floor, you can take the stairs to the first floor and enter the apartment located on level one. Turn left on the first floor to welcome yourself into a bright living space with rustic wooden flooring.
Upon entering the studio, you will step into a cosy living space with a 2-seater sofa and a marble dining area that seats 2. The TV is mounted to the wall and is 180 degrees adjustable and extendable.
To the left of the living space is a long modern kitchen that is fully equipped with fire pit stove, kitchen sink, built-in fridge and a combi washing machine with dryer.
Above the wardrobe area is a floating bed with large 160x200cm mattress, accessible via a stair that is mounted to the bed.
On the right side of the floating bed you have access to a fully tiled bathroom and toilet with separate standing rain shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet.
