☛ Energy and Wi-Fi Connections On the day of your move-in, we will make sure that all necessary utilities, such as gas, water, TV, internet, telephone and television, are connected and ready for use.
Key transfer
We are personally there to welcome you and tell you all the ins and outs of the house and security, including how to use appliances, locks and general care. We'll also point out the escape route and what to do in case of an emergency.
Inventory & Inspection.
We check that everything is in the home as agreed in the lease. During this handover, we make an inventory list of all items present and their condition, and note any defects. You sign to receive the keys and the inventory/inspection list
